Fee and Rates. Mr. Maldonado and Mr. Markham each charge for hourly work at $250 per hour. Mr. Maldonado also keeps a flat-fee schedule for many of his immigration services. Both partners sometimes accept certain kinds of work on contingency or in exchange for a reduced hourly fee plus a contingency. If our firm employs an associate attorney in your matter, which it will do only with your express consent, the associate's hourly rate will range from $140 per hour to $175 per hour. Our paralegal rate is $85 per hour and is charged only for true paralegal tasks and never for routine clerical work.

Contingency Fees. We also perform certain kinds of work on contingency or on a hybrid arrangement, usually in personal injury cases, collection matters, false claims cases, condemnation cases, antitrust cases, and bad-faith insurance cases.
